The Alter Ego: Meeting Your Shadow, Finding Your Magnetism
When: November 22nd 2026
Time: 11AM EST / 4PM GMT
Length: 90 minutes
People talk about the alter ego like it has to be your more glamorous self.
But that line of thinking is incredibly ‘basic’
Your alter ego could be an alien, a ghost, a mythological creature, a man, a woman, or a person who lives in a completely different universe. It can be anything you want. Lady Gaga’s Jo Calderone is a great reminder that an alter ego can have a different gender from the person creating it…and a whole look and attitude of his own.
The part of you with the most magnetism might be the part you’ve spent years trying to tone down. Or, maybe just harder to fit into the version of you that other people already recognise.
In this online salon, we’ll use shadow work to get curious about the qualities you’ve pushed away, and what might happen if you let them have a little more room.
We’ll explore how an alter ego can give those qualities a character, a world and a way to come through—in your art, at work, in public, or just in the way you move through the world.
You don’t need a personal brand, or a stage name just yet. You just need to be curious about a part of yourself you’ve been keeping on a very short leash.
What do you need?
You just need to come with a notebook and pen.
The class will be recorded and will be sent to all attendees after the session.
I never repeat a class twice!
